MINA Force Plates at the New Royal Golf Dar Es Salam Academy
The Royal Golf Dar Es Salam, one of Africa's most prestigious golf clubs, has chosen MINA force plates for its brand-new golf academy in Rabat, Morocco. Installed by Alvin Pivaty and the Addon Golf Morocco team, this state-of-the-art fitting bay brings world-class biomechanical analysis to North Africa's finest course.
A Premium Fitting Bay Open to the Course
The installation is nothing short of spectacular. The academy features a premium fitting bay with natural wood cladding, a timber-lined ceiling, and full-height panoramic glass doors that open directly onto the golf course. Synthetic turf flooring, recessed spotlights, and a wall-mounted screen complete the setup — blending cutting-edge technology with the elegance of one of Africa's most iconic golf destinations.
At the heart of the bay: two MINA force plates positioned for full swing analysis, paired with a launch monitor on tripod for complete ball flight and biomechanical data.
Biomechanical Swing Analysis in Action
With MINA, every swing is placed under a microscope. The force plates measure ground reaction forces, weight transfer patterns, and pressure distribution throughout the entire swing — from setup to follow-through. Combined with MINA's AI-powered analysis engine (40+ diagnostic modules), coaches and fitters gain access to a complete biomechanics lab, not just a launch monitor.
Full Hardware Sync — Zero Latency
Unlike app-based or Bluetooth solutions, MINA delivers physical contact with the player through industrial-grade force plates and cameras. The result: 0.5ms impact capture, 5–50ms full frame analysis, and 0µs hardware sync — no lag, no compromise, no wireless bottleneck.
This level of precision enables coaches to identify swing faults at the ground level — where all great swings begin — with data that launch monitors simply cannot capture.
World-Class Setting, World-Class Technology
The Royal Golf Dar Es Salam, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and a host venue for the Trophée Hassan II, is one of the most renowned courses on the African continent. The addition of MINA force plates to its new academy signals a clear commitment to performance-driven coaching and data-based club fitting at the highest level.
Not a Launch Monitor. A Biomechanics Lab.
MINA is not a simulator. It is not a launch monitor. It is a biomechanics laboratory that measures what happens beneath the golfer — the forces, the timing, the balance — and translates it into actionable data through AI. From AI-Guided diagnostics (step-by-step analysis) to Full Explorer mode (free-form investigation), MINA gives every coach and fitter the tools of a sports science lab.
This installation at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam joins a growing network of MINA-equipped academies and fitting centres worldwide. Whether you're a teaching professional, a club fitter, or a golf academy director, MINA transforms the way you understand and improve the golf swing.
